Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the faucet and all included components in the original manufacturer's box, ensuring the unit is protected from scratches during transit.

  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
